As the owner and operator of Custom Catering, I would like to introduce myself and tell you a little of my history.

My name is David Woodford; I am an Executive Chef, who was trained in Oxford England. I have been in the food service industry for over 35 years.

I am also trained and qualified in every aspect of the catering business.

I have catered events for many different clients of many different styles and sizes.

I have catered romantic picnics for two, private chef attended dinner parties, board meetings, conventions, staff parties, theme parties, BBQ's, wedding receptions of various sizes and styles.

I have also catered formal receptions and banquets from the Halifax Tattoo, an event for Princess Chulabhorn of Thailand to H.R.H. The Prince of Wales.

So rest assured, no matter what the event is, from sandwich trays to a lavish banquet, my staff and I can treat you and your guests like Royalty and make the event truly An Event To Remember.
