How long does an estimate take?

Estimates typically take between 15-30 minutes. We will provide estimates to drop in customers, however, priority will be given to those who have made an appointment.

Are estimates free?

Yes, estimates are free of charge.

Do I need a damage sticker to have my vehicle repaired?

As of January 1, 2011 you are required to obtain a damage sticker for your car if the estimated damages exceed $2,000. You are required to file a police report if this is the case and obtain a damage sticker before repairs are able to begin. Please contact Andana for an estimate if you are unsure of the amount of damages to your vehicle.

What is the extent of your warranty?

At Andana Auto Body we offer a lifetime warranty on our work performed and a guarantee against failure due to workmanship or materials. This coverage excludes such environmental factors such as normal wear and tear, rock chips, parking lot dents, etc.

How long will my repairs take?

Repairs vary in accordance to the amount of damages to the car. We offer a 1 day turnaround on bumper repairs and replacements. You can drop off your car before work, as we are open early to accommodate this, and pick it up on your way home. We pre-order parts so that the job is worked on as soon as it arrives and do a teardown of the vehicle to assess any hidden damages. Most of our suppliers are able to get parts for us by the next day so that your car will get back to you quickly and well within estimated days for insurance repairs

I was in an accident and it was the other driver's fault. They want to pay out of pocket. What should I do?

Many times the person paying will request that you get a number of estimates for the damages of your vehicle. We recommend that you obtain a single estimate first and then tell the responsible party how much the repair is going to cost. If the person is still willing to pay out of pocket then you can proceed with other estimates. Often enough, the damages are higher than the responsible party expected and it ends up going through insurance. At Andana we can provide an estimate for your vehicle and advise you on how to proceed. If the repair is authorized we obtain payment from the responsible party up front so that you won't be stuck with the bill if they change their mind.

Do you paint and install body kits?

We do install body kits. Many shops will not install them properly. This involves building proper bracing to support the bumpers. As such, we will not be the lowest price in town but you can be assured that your kit will fit properly and remain stable under driving conditions. Although every manufacturer guarantees fit, this is simply not the case. In our experience Razzi kits have fit the best with the least amount of modification.
